Beause, let's face it, he won't be able to fix everything in four years. I guess there's always Obama '12. I know where McCain went wrong. His campaign tried to scare people away from voting from Obama. By insinuating that he's a terrorist, by trying to stain his character. These tactics seemed hollow and petty to me, and apparently to a lot of other people. If McCain had went in a different directiong, maybe he would've had a better chance. I also think he really couldn't keep a leash on Palin. She was out there saying stupid shit, and it wasn't like he could disagree with her. He had to keep pretending she was great. It wasn't like he was going to say, "Yeah, she sucks... don't listen to anything she says." Way to go back to Alaska, Palin. |
